All items are under warranty from Chinese manufacturer for 1 year. I will make sure the manufacturer examine the item and each part of the item is intact and is able to work properly before they ship it.
If any part is found to be broken (which never happened before) when you receive the item, the manufacturer commits to sending new ones for free. Any part that is broken due to improper use can be replaced with factory price+shipping fee. For example, the mudguard on the coolpower scooter that I broke cost me 80CNY(abt 17SGD) to replace inclusive of shipping fee.
PLUS, I myself is a mechanical engineer with over 7 years of mechanical system maintenance experience from remote controlled nitro-powered models, compound b_ow, electrical scooters and motorcycles.
